No Prep Plans: America 250--America Through the Decades
Research + 250-Year Timeline Project

Take students on a journey through 250 years of American history with this engaging, low-prep research lesson! Students will investigate how the United States has changed from its founding in 1776 through 2026, exploring the people, events, inventions, and ideas that shaped each era of the nation's history.
Working collaboratively, students will research a specific period in American history before creating a large Timeline Panel to display as part of a classroom 250-Year Timeline Walk.
