The point of the Campus Happiness Index is to drive a conversation in schools that centers around caring for the personal experience of all stakeholders.

In the high-pressure environment of education today, stressors from every angle place any number of undue burdens on stakeholders as they seek to perform well on quantitative measures. The Campus Happiness Index helps provide a new perspective. By offering ten areas for reflection that stand outside of the testing conversation, the Campus Happiness Index helps stakeholders to focus on matters of importance that are more qualitative.
